How to Kill Mold Man in Act 1, Hand in Hand Achievement in SCORN
The crane slider egg puzzle from Act 1 of the game is one of the puzzles you can complete. The mold guy will descend into the first huge area with a platform in the middle as soon as you solve this challenge.
You can either decide to kill him or save him. You’ll receive the Hand in Hand accomplishment if you manage to kill him.

Go to the platform in the center and interact with it when you’ve figured out the crane slider egg puzzle.
To kill him, only move this switch.
Leave the platform and descend. Interacting with the switch will allow you to lower the mold guy onto the cart.
Push the cart toward the machine as you go near it.
When the cart is in position, turn on the machine by pressing the switch in front of it. Push the cart once more until you arrive in a separate chamber.
Use the switch to place the mold guy into the following machine when you enter the following chamber.
If the switch is pressed, the machine will start up, killing the mold guy.
To gain the achievement, approach the mold man’s corpse and obtain his arm.
