Are you having trouble in your game because of tough mobs to kill? You might want to change your current weapon to something with a little more firepower.

The M1911 pistol has many names, Colt 45., Colt 1911, and Colt Government. This is fairly one of the most well-known pistols in the world.

The good news is, this popular firearm is available in Bonelab. Follow our guide if you’re interested to get this gun into your playthrough in Bonelab.

How to Unlock M1911 in Bonelab

We’ve got good news and bad news for you. The good news is the Colt M1911 pistol won’t be obtained through capsules scattered around the map. It is one of the default weapons you are given in the game.

The bad news is you can’t currently access it due to a bug. Bonelab developers are aware of the issue and will be addressed it on their next patch.

As for when the next patch will be available, it’s anyone’s guess since the Devs haven’t come out with an official timetable. Most of the news is from speculations but we should be able to use the Colt Government pistol as soon as the patch is out.

Colt M1911 Pistol Performance

True to its word, Bonelab delivers its Physics based gameplay beautifully. And it shows with the performance of the Colt M1911 in the game.

You can kill enemies with a single shot through the head compared to the other pistols available. For example, the M9 Beretta takes at least 2 to 3 headshots to kill an enemy whereas the Colt with its. 45 ACP only needs one clean shot to incapacitate a target.

Good thing this comes as a default weapon and we are sure this will be one of the most used sidearms in Bonelab when the bug gets fixed.
