Update 1.5 of Survivor.io has added Tech Parts, new pieces of gear that give you stats increases and enhance the performance of certain skills. You can obtain them by doing daily challenges or from the shop, buying with gems.

To make sure you make a good purchase and don’t waste your time, in this guide we’ll show you the Tech Parts and what you can expect from each one.

Tech Parts Guide in Survivor.io

Just like with weapons! You merge Tech Parts of the same grade to take your Tech Part to the next level. Green (Good) > Blue (Better).  The exception comes when on Purple (Excellent) as it won’t be enough to merge with a Tech Part of the same grade, you’ll need the same kind of Tech Part to upgrade it.

For example, you can’t upgrade an (Excellent) Nanobot by trying to merge it with a Hi-Maintainer, even if it is of Excellent grade as well. You need two purple Nanobots to enhance.

The purple grade is important because they enhance skills, as does the red grade.
