In the Graniny Gorki Lab area, there are a lot of things hidden around the place. Among them is a particularly stinky uniform that you will find in the most unsurprising spot ever, though you might not know it was even there to begin with if you have never played MGS 3 before.
In the second floor bathroom, there will be various cubicles here. The third and last one, which is the one furthest from the entrance, is the one you are looking for. All you need to do is break the door down with melee attacks.
Inside the cubicle will be the uniform that you are looking for, which is called the “Fly” camo. You could also blow up the cubicle if you really wanted to, though melee is going to be fine enough.

If this camo works the same way as it did back then, then it will make enemies avoid using knife attacks on you. It is not the most useful thing in the world, so you might just want to wear this if you find it amusing to have Snake wear a uniform full of flies and poop prints.
