You’ll find a trapdoor to Ceyatatar Gorihame there, next to a large boulder. Make a save outside the dungeon and then enter it.

Once you enter the dungeon, quickly crouch and then turn to your left. You’ll see a block there, push it to open a chamber right behind where you appeared.

When the chamber opens up, enter it and interact with the Ayleid Cask to loot it. This cask has a random chance to contain all of the Master-tier Alchemy Tools within it, alongside other goodies. If you don’t get any of the tools or any loot you want, reload the save you made before entering the dungeon.

If you did get a tool or something else you wanted, use the ladder next to the cask to leave the dungeon. Once you’re outside, you want to just wait for over 72 in-game hours. While 72 hours should be enough, it’s a good idea to wait a total of 73 or 74 hours instead, just to be sure. This will reset the loot within the dungeon.

After waiting, you just need to repeat the process. Save your game, enter the dungeon, and check the Ayleid Cask. Reload if you didn’t get a tool or something worthwhile. Leave and wait if you did get a tool or worthwhile item. Rinse and repeat until you get all of the tools you want!

So, there you go! That’s the easiest way to get all of the Master Alchemy Tools fast in Oblivion Remastered. It can be a bit boring, due to all the waiting, but it’s certainly efficient! Just make sure to have enough Encumbrance to carry everything back.
