Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 has a load of vague and confusing quests and mechanics, and among them are the optional steps within the Frogs side activity. If you are having a hard time figuring out how to give the digestive potion to Alshik, this guide will show you what you need to do and how you can get it done.
How to Get Alshik the Digestive Potion in the Frogs Quest
If you read the hints in the Frogs quest carefully, you will notice a little note about how Manka prepares Alshik some food every morning. With that in mind, head over to where Manka prepares her food early in the morning.
At around 8 AM, give or take, she will place a bowl of food on a tree stump just outside her door. This is the snack that Alshik will eventually pick up later. All you need to do is pour the digestive potion into it.
If you want to be discreet, you can wait until nobody is around before pouring it in. However, most villagers do not seem to care at all. Nevertheless, it does not hurt to be careful, so just be patient and spike his food when nobody is looking.
Alshik will pick up the bowl of food at around noon, so all you need to do from here is to wait for a few hours. If you did everything correctly, the quest step should update telling you that you have successfully given him the laxative.
If you see him grab the food and follow him to where he is going to eat it, you will actually see him complain about his meal and run away. As he starts vomiting away from all the sheep, you can continue on with the quest without having to worry about him, or you can watch him suffer.
And that is pretty much all there is to it. As long as you pay close attention to all the hints given to you and use a bit of critical thinking, quests like this one should be a walk in the park despite the vagueness.

If he’s not busy working or writing on his personal blog, there’s also a non-zero chance that you stumble into him in pretty much any multiplayer game that has SEA or OCE servers. He’s pretty good at anything unless it’s a fighting game, in which case you’d probably body him.
