To help accomplish this, the game will point you to a nearby building where you can collect some gas canisters. Make sure that you go and grab those before heading to the mansion with the Lost MC.
After grabbing the gas canisters, follow the in-game GPS to go to the mansion with the Lost MC. Once you get there, look for a scaffolding to your left that you can use to get onto the rooftop.
There will be a couple of vents you can interact with there. Do so to throw some gas canisters in, which will reduce how many Lost MC you have to deal with.
Next up, though, you’ll need to manually “evict” the rest of the Lost MC. Remember, though, you have to do this non-lethally for the bonus!
There are multiple options at your disposal here. One is to use Tear Gas grenades, which you got thanks to those “gas canisters” from before. However, they can be unreliable, as they seem to accidentally kill the Lost MC sometimes.
Another much more reliable option is to stick to just using non-lethal weapons. That meansyour fists, The Shocker, and the Stun Gun! Just knock out or incapacitate the Lost MC using those until you hear back from Raf.
If you did everything right, Raf will mention that there are no dead bodies today. At this point, you just need to leave the area and you’ll get a $10,000 non-lethal bonus.
Fixes & Fittings
There are two things you need to do to get the max cash bonus in this mission.
The first thing is to make sure that you steal the 4 different tools on the construction site. These are easy to spot, as they have big white arrows on top of them and show up as white “$” symbols on the minimap.
Note that you can do this very easily in stealth by using a silenced gun. The enemies won’t spot you if you just take them out with headshots one by one.
Once you’ve stolen the 4 tools, you’ll need to use the truck cab (marked white on your map) to attach it to the flatbed with materials (marked blue on your map). Then, drive away from the construction site.
Enemies will alert to you as soon as you leave the construction site, even if you did everything in full stealth up to this point. That is just how it is!
However, this is where the second bonus objective kicks in: you need to make sure to deliver at least 75% of the materials. You can track how many are left on the bottom right of the screen.
Taking damage will reduce how many materials you have left. Make sure to shoot at the drivers chasing you at this point to minimize how much damage you take.
Manage to deliver the truck with 75% or more materials and 4/4 tools to get a $10,000 delivery bonus.
Hard Deadlines
The final mission in the New Listings set of missions! It’s also possibly the easiest one to get the max bonus on, too. You just need to not use firearms or explosives at all.
As part of this mission, you’ll need to use a bulldozer to push trucks and containers into the water. The trucks and containers are marked by red arrows and also appear on your minimap.
That part is pretty self-explanatory, thankfully! But it’s worth noting that even driving over people here won’t cancel out the bonus objective. So, you don’t need to be too careful, either.
After you’ve done that, you’ll need to find and intimidate 3 foremen. These guys are marked on your map with a white person icon, as shown above.
To intimidate the foremen, pull out a gun and aim at them. Just remember not to fire a single shot! You won’t void the optional objective as long as you don’t shoot.
Once the foremen get scared and run away, you just need to drive away from the construction site and lose the cops. You’ll only get a 1-star Wanted level, so they’re very easy to lose here. But do remember not to use a firearm or explosive until the mission ends, nonetheless.
If you did everything right, you’ll get a $10,000 objective bonus as soon as the mission ends. That’s all there is to this one!
