“The Monopoly” is the 6th and final Mr Faber Work mission you need to do as part of the Money Fronts DLC in GTA V Online. As the title implies, this one will have you help establish a monopoly by taking out the competition! Of course, you can also get an extra cash bonus by completing a special objective. Read on for our guide on this mission, including how to get its bonus.

Complete Mr Faber Work “The Monopoly” Mission Bonus | GTA V Online – Money Fronts

As soon as you start the mission, you’ll be told to go to three rival Armenian mob spots. These are conveniently marked as just A, B, and C but they’re all functionally the same. We recommend going to C first, then B second, and then A last. That’s just because C is the closest to the mission start, allowing you to just go straight to the other two by going north.

Once you get to any of these locations, you’ll need to fight the mobsters. The catch is that you’ll want to avoid using firearms. That’s because you don’t really want to kill the Armenians here, and also because you want to avoid drawing the cops’ attention. Instead, just use any melee weapon you have to fight the mobsters.

Additionally, you’ll need to ensure that you let at least one of the mobsters flee the fight. Just take out as many as you can until 1 or 2 are alive, they’ll then attempt to flee. Let them so that you can draw out the actual boss of their operation.

Failing to let them flee will affect your bonus. If you fully clear one of two rival spots by killing everyone, the bonus will drop to $5000. If you don’t let any of them escape, there will be no bonus at all later on. Keep that in mind!

Once you’re done with all 3 rival spots, you’ll be told to travel over to La Puerta apartments. It’s a construction site that’s southwest of where the rival spots were, not far from the mission start point.

Collecting the Bonus

As soon as you reach the La Puerta apartments construction site, we recommend being careful. Use silenced weapons and try to stick to stealth while taking enemies out as much as possible. With that said, to get the bonus you just need to go to the parking at the bottom of the construction site. It’ll be right in front of you as you enter the site.

You’ll see some hostile NPCs hanging out by a parked car in the parking lot. Take them all out as quick as you can! Then check the crates in front of the car’s trunk to find a black duffel bag. Grab the duffel bag and bring it with you to the end of the mission to get the bonus of $10000. That is, provided you let at least 1 enemy flee at all previous rival spots, as we instructed.

After collecting the bonus, the mission is pretty straightforward. You just need to climb up the construction site to reach the very top to find the mob boss. He’s a white chubby guy with a red shirt and black hair. You can see him as a red diamond on your minimap when you get close. Killing him will alert all remaining enemies, so be careful!

With the boss dead, you just need to go back down to your vehicle. Use it to escape from the area and you’ll get the “Mission Passed” screen once you make a decent distance. That’s all you need to do to complete The Monopoly with the bonus as part of Mr Faber Work missions in GTA V Online.

Speaking of bonuses, did you get the bonus for not asking for coordinates during the “Current Liabilities” mission? If you didn’t, we have a guide to help you with all of GJ’s potential locations!
