Explanation

In order to initiate the process of exiting your power armor in Fallout 76, you will need to hold down the E button for a specific number of seconds. The number of seconds that you need to hold the button for is indicated by the number that appears after the equal sign in the game’s folders.

By default, this number is set to 0.4 seconds, which means that you will need to hold the E button for approximately half a second in order to initiate the exit from your power armor. However, you can adjust this number to suit your personal preferences or playstyle by following the steps outlined in our guide on adding an exit delay to your armor in Fallout 76.
