Maui needs your help once again. This time, it’s for you to craft the Heart of Dreamlight Valley to complete the fountain statue on top of the castle.
With crafting quests, you will be needing a workbench and a bit of digging to acquire the materials you need in completing these types of tasks.
In this guide, we will be showing you how to craft the Heart ornament that you need for the Fountain Statue in Disney Dreamlight Valley.
Guide on the Heart of Dreamlight Valley Quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley
You activate the quest when Maui gives you a crusted limestone and asks you to polish it in your crafting station. Get the item and head over to your home and use the station to clean the limestone and show it to Maui.
the item in question is the cleaned-up limestone which you can access from your crafting station in your functional items tab.
After inspecting it, Maui will tell you that it is a piece of the Heart of Dreamlight Valley which was a gem that was once perched on top of the Mickey Statue by the fountain on top of the Castle.
He will ask you to accompany him to the top and find if there are any other pieces that you can find near the fountain.
The Fountain at the top of the Castle
Head over to the top of the castle where the fountain is located. Once there, you will have to find the missing piece of the Heart of Dreamlight Valley.
Since the Heart is still broken, you would need help in repairing it. Head over to Merlin and ask him if he has any ideas on how to repair the broken Heart.
Merlin tells you that the Heart of Dreamlight Valley has protection properties to keep the Forgotten from corrupting the Valley. To repair it, he will ask you to gather some ingredients for you to fix the Heart.
You will be needing 3 pieces of Purified Night Shards, a vial of water from the Forgotten Lands and another vial of water from the Frosted Heights.
Purified Nigh Shards
Night shards are dropped when you dig up new shiny holes through your explorations. You should have a few with you if you start this quest later in the game. If you don’t have the exact amount, just find diggable plots and farm the night shards until you get enough.
To purify them, head over to your crafting station and select the purified night shard recipe from the potion and enchantment tab. It will take 5 night shards and 1 dream shard to craft 1 purified night shard so you would be needing 3 dream shards and 15 night shards for you to craft all three of them.
Vial of water from the Forgotten Lands
Head over to the stream located in the Forgotten Lands. Here, you will have to find a shining area close to the streams to use your magic and obtain a vial of water.
Flask of Water from the Frosted Heights
With two key ingredients in hand, head over to the Frosted Heights to get the third ingredient. Like the second location, you need to look for a shinning area near the stream located in the Frosted Heights to get the water.
Use your magic to obtain the water and with all three ingredients in the bag, head over to your crafting station.
Repair the Heart of Dreamlight Valley
From your crafting station, select the potions and enchantments tab to craft the Heart of Dreamlight Valley. Head over to Maui afterwards to show him the Heart. He will then ask you to go back to the fountain at the top of the Castle to install the Heart and activate its protection.
Install the Heart
Take Maui with you and climb to the top of the Castle. Interacting with the statue will give you the option to place the Heart in the Statues hands. Do this and talk to Maui who will then inform you that the Heart of Dreamlight Valley Quest is complete.
SWTOR G.A.M.E. Reputation Guide for Galactic Season 3
How far will your reputation take you?
Star Wars: The Old Republic is BioWare MMORPG based on the acclaimed Star Wars universe. As Galactic Season 3 kicked in, so did new challenges. Today, we’re talking about G.A.M.E., a new reputation system introduced along with this new season.
G.A.M.E. Reputation Guide for Galactic Season 3 – SWTOR
In SWTOR, Galactic Seasons are long seasonal events that grant limited-time rewards upon the completion of daily and weekly challenges dubbed Priority Objectives. Subscribers earn extra rewards, but everyone can participate.
Season 3, titled Luck of the Draw, brought with it the Gambling Authority and Management Entity, popularised by the acronym G.A.M.E. Basically, it’s a new form to track your reputation. But it comes with a few differences.
Unlike the other reputation tracks, G.A.M.E. is tied into Season 3. Another difference is that you won’t be able to see the reputation track for G.A.M.E. until you earn 1 reputation point with the faction.
First of all, you’ll need to unlock the first level of the Season 3 track. This will allow you to claim the PH4-LNX Protocol Lockbox and, with it, activate the new companion, PH4-LNX (Fey, as she likes to be called).
As you play through Season 3, you might notice that some quests and enemy drops give a new type of currency known as the G.A.M.E. Analysis Module.
When Fey is on your ship, you can take those Modules to her and convert them into G.A.M.E. reputation. Each Module is worth 25 Reputation Points (37 if you’re a Subscriber).
Note that you can only hold up to 200 Analysis Modules and only earn up to 200 per week. Additionally, you can only earn 5.000 Reputation Points per week, no matter how many boosts you have.
If you’re wondering about the math of it all, you’ll need 70.000 Reputation Points to reach max reputation, which accounts for 2.800 Modules without any boost. Good luck!
(And I’m sorry to report there are no ways to farm the Modules. Having Fey as your companion, however, increases the chance of enemies dropping more of the item. You can also trade 500 Jawa Junk (purple) for Jawa Intel with Brrazz in Cartel Bazaar.)
There are two bugs worth mentioning. One, be careful with skipping Fey’s dialogue since it might cause the Reputation Points to not enter your inventory.
Second, if you’re in a group, you might be unable to talk to Fey at all. To correct that, you’ll need to leave the group, turn in your Modules, and then re-join the group.
Now, for the big question: what are the rewards?
You can earn three legacy titles associated with G.A.M.E.: G.A.M.E. Representative, Mid-level Management, and Deputy Director of G.A.M.E.
Aside from that, the G.A.M.E. reputation track is actually more about helping you to earn rewards on the Season Tracker faster, so don’t expect unique rewards here.
Either way, I hope you enjoy Season 3 of Star Wars: The Old Republic!
