If you can’t decide which class is best for you in Vindictus: Defying Fate, you’ve come to the right place. There are 4 different characters currently, each one representing a different class and playstyle. The game doesn’t quite explain what sets them apart at first glance, however! Don’t worry though, just read on and we’ll give you an overview of what to expect from each class.

Which Class is Best for You? | Vindictus: Defying Fate

As of now, there are 4 different playable classes, each one represented by a different character and defined by the weapons that the character uses. They are as follows:

Lann (Twin Swords) – A swordsman who uses a pair of short swords. Extremely agile and capable of quick flashy sword combos. His agility also allows him to easily dodge attacks, although he can not block or deflect attacks at all. Best for you if you favor fast-paced playstyles focused on dodging.

Fiona (Longsword and Shield) – The balanced jack-of-all-trades. Fiona can attack fairly swiftly with her sword, while also having her shield to protect herself from enemy attacks. Solid offense and defense all around, making her quite adaptable. Fiona can also do strong counterattack moves by blocking enemy attacks at the last second. Ideal for you if you want a very balanced class.

Delia (Bastard Sword) – Wielding a massive sword, Delia is perfect for taking out groups of enemies. She swings her swords in wide arcs, obliterating anything in its path! When dealing with single strong foes, Delia can also charge her attacks to deal extra damage. However, those charged attacks are a tad slower. Defensively, can deflect enemy attacks with her timed block ability. Best for crowd control and fans of big… swords.

Karok (Battle Pillar) – A burly half-giant and the de facto brawler of the group. His attacks are extremely strong, albeit slow and somewhat lacking in range. His high damage and strong constitution make him ideal for going face-to-face against stronger foes. Karok can easily knock down foes, and he can brush off enemy attacks while he continues to attack. Perfect if you love tanky brawler classes.

That’s every class currently in Vindictus: Defying Fate! We hope these overviews helped you decide which one of these characters fits you best.

Gamer cursed by being interested by most games, resulting in a ridiculous backlog he’ll never be able to conquer. Been gaming for over two decades now! Few things exemplify his wide variety in gaming tastes as the fact that he’s a big fan of both Souls games and the Atelier series at the same time. Also a big fan of Yakuza/Like a Dragon, Deadly Premonition, Zero Escape, and Dead Rising, among others. Considers Lost Judgment and Sekiro to both be masterpieces.
